Special Works
The Belleville Council of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul operates Several Special Works to address the critical issues and needs that confront the needy in East St. Louis and its collar communities.
St. Vincent de Paul has maintained a vital and stabilizing presence for over fifty years.
The Special Works ministries include:
Cosgrove's Kitchen where hot meals are served six days a week.
Mobile Kitchen Bus that brings meals into the communities.
Thrift Store for low cost purchases.
